These terms apply to your use of everpeakknits.com and purchases from Everpeak Knits, operated by EVERPEAK GARMENT CO LLC. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Using this store
Our store offers casual shirts for adult men and serves the contiguous United States. You must be an adult with capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or use the site under the supervision of such an adult. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive material, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Product details and fit
Each shirt has its own fabric, cut, and size options. Compare the measurements for the specific style; a letter size does not guarantee the same fit across products or a U.S. size equivalent. Garment measurements can vary slightly. Photos illustrate the shirt, and colors may appear different across screens. Other garments, accessories, and styling props in images are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.
Prices, availability, and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout summary shows item prices, applicable shipping, and any taxes collected before an order is submitted. A bag does not reserve an item. Availability can change. If a material error in price or product information affects an order, we will contact you to explain and offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel for a refund. We will not charge a higher price without consent.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not guaranteed acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfill, an order outside our delivery area, or one reasonably suspected of fraud, and refund any amount paid. Online payment is currently unavailable; this site does not collect card details or represent that a payment has been completed.
Delivery and changes
Our Shipping Policy separates processing from estimated transit. Arrival estimates are not guarantees. Contact us promptly about an address correction or cancellation before dispatch. If dispatch cannot occur within the stated time, we will provide a revised estimate and cancellation/refund options as required.
Returns and refunds
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Shirts must meet the condition requirements in our Refund Policy. We cover return shipping for our error, quality problems, and transit damage; customers cover other return reasons. The policy explains inspection and refund timing.
Site content
Our brand identity, written content, and site design may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product images and other materials may be protected by their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the store for your own shopping. Third-party links, if present, are governed by the destination’s policies.
Responsibility and your rights
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the store available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for conduct that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by Kentucky law to the extent consistent with applicable U.S. federal law and mandatory consumer protections. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; an order is governed by the terms presented when it was placed.
