An account also includes login details; passwords are stored in protected form. Please do not include payment card details in a message. Online payment is currently unavailable, and we do not collect card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes.

Information from using the site

Our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to serve the site, identify errors, and prevent abuse. Essential shopping cookies support your bag, checkout session, and account login. We do not currently run optional analytics, advertising pixels, or an email marketing signup service.

How long we keep information

We retain account information while your account is active and order records for up to seven years for business, accounting, and legal purposes, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation. Customer care inquiries stored on this site are removed after one year. Email correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve a matter and document service. Technical logs follow our hosting provider’s retention settings. Cookie durations are explained above.

Your choices

You can review account details in My Account, change cookie preferences, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained to meet legal requirements or resolve a transaction. We respect applicable state privacy rights and do not discriminate for exercising them.
